These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern your access to and use of the vwin99999 platform, including the website located at vwin99999.cam, all associated mobile interfaces, gaming software, promotional communications, and any services made available by vwin99999 (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

This Agreement is entered into between you ("User", "Player", "you") and vwin99999 ("vwin99999", "we", "us", "our"). Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of associated balances.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You undertake to promptly update your Account information in the event of any changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other Account access credentials.
• All activities that occur under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before processing withdrawals. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian identification card (MyKad), driver's licence, or passport, alongside proof of address dated within the past three (3) months. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary withdrawal restrictions.

vwin99999 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Hong Leong Connect. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time without notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion. The maximum deposit amount may be subject to limits imposed by individual payment providers.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted and will be returned to their source where possible.
• vwin99999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits. Any fees levied by your payment provider remain the responsibility of the depositing Player.
• Deposited funds are credited to your Account Balance in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). For deposits made in other currencies, conversion rates applied by the payment provider will determine the MYR amount credited.
• vwin99999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of deposited funds at any time, particularly where deposits are unusually large or fall outside normal transaction patterns.

vwin99999 does not provide credit facilities. You may only wager funds that you have deposited into your Account. Playing with borrowed funds is strongly discouraged and inconsistent with responsible gambling principles.

Withdrawal requests may only be made in respect of verified Real Money Funds. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Account KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time requirement unless changes to your documentation are required.

All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

All wagers placed through vwin99999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or betting market in question, which are published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the game to which they apply.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested for fairness. vwin99999 does not influence game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session, vwin99999 will apply its standard error resolution policy, which may result in the game round being voided and the wagered amount being returned to the Player's Account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any Platform software or content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vwin99999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

vwin99999's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
